Busy...Busy...Busy...

What a crazy couple of weeks it has been for our family!  We have enjoyed having all the kids together and watching them bond as brothers and sister.  Ryan and I have been looking forward to this time when our whole family would be together as one.  Here are some photos of Ryans Birthday Party, Brennens Birthday Picnic, a rainy and cold trip to Heber and our last day all together at the zoo!

Camping at the Cabin....

We decided we were in need to a relaxing break since we finally had Briyana up here and Brandi and everybody had been working so hard. We decided that a little fishing trip and an overnight stay at the cabin sounded like a perfect diversion and so we went up and had some family time together. Other than the wind blowing it was a good getaway!

Thanks Candace and Brian for coming up and spending time with us. We loved being around the kids and Briyana and Jhett loved each other! We will have to do it again soon.

First Weekend in Vernal

After driving 18 hours in the Uhaul we finally got moved into our new home!!!  It was so nice of all of Ryan's Sisters' and their husbands to help us unload and get everything moved in.  Even after the soccer games and softball games they came back to help Ryan get his stuff out of his storage unit....lets just say it was a long night for the boys!!  We couldn't have done it without all their help!

It would have been nice to rest and relax after all that, but the weekend was just beginning.  Ryan's work was having a Yard Sale on Saturday as a fundraiser for a little boy with eye cancer and a dad with terminal brain cancer.  I guess it all worked out because we were able to donate quite a bit of furniture and clothing that we wouldn't need in the new home.

After spending some time at the Yard Sale we had to drive to Heber to pick up Ryan's NEW Truck!!!  He was so excited.....and so was I!  He is pretty happy with his new ride!

And now....its time to relax and enjoy my new jetted tub!!

Final Weekend In Arizona.....

Ryan flew down on Friday May 14th and we spent the weekend packing and having some final fun in the sun before we loaded the U-Haul and headed to Vernal. Ryan and I were able to sneak in a little golfing at my mom and Larrys Country Club and had an awesome time! It was the first time Ryan had been out golfing this year and it was my first time in about 5 years. We both played pretty well considering how long it had been and more importantly had a great time together. We took the kids out to dinner and bowling on Monday Night (Family Home Evening) and they loved it! Ryan was frustrated because I beat him but I told him he had better just get used to it! ;-) The kids had a blast and I have to admit as a family in general we aren't too bad of bowlers.We had a really good final weekend in Arizona! The next step was not going to be as fun but we are excited to get us all moved to Utah and start our life together.
